Sunny skies and warmer temperatures are on tap for today and Saturday before another system will likely bring rain our way for Sunday and Monday.

Chilly Night - Wash(ish) Couple of Days
Cold tonight with lows dipping under 30 degrees but plenty of sunshine in tap for Friday and Saturday. Saturday would be the best day of the weekend to get your Christmas tree with a high around 50.

First Snow in Dayton
The rain showers have turned to snow showers after sunset as expected. Grassy areas will get covered first with roads and sidewalks if the snow continues.
First Snow Possible Tonight
As the rain continues this afternoon and the dropping temps there is a real possibility of snow this evening. The warmer temps should keep the accumulation low. Most build up will be on our lawns, however as temps drop there could be snow or snow/ice on roadways and vehicles.

Wet Start to the Week
Rain today, tomorrow, and Tuesday will start our week off wet. Will snow be blowing in on Wednesday? Perhaps - with 30% chance we could see some flakes flying. Until then, be glad temps are warm enough to give us just rain - or we would be looking at a deep blanket of snow.
