* FROM 7 PM EST THIS EVENING THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING
* LOW PRESSURE OVER THE TENNESSEE VALLEY WILL MOVE NORTHWARD ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY TUESDAY NIGHT. THIS SYSTEM WILL PRODUCE A PROLONGED PERIOD OF RAIN. RAIN WILL DIMINISH IN INTENSITY TUESDAY NIGHT AS IT MIXES WITH AND CHANGES TO SNOW.
* SOILS ACROSS THE AREA WERE BECOMING SATURATED FROM RECENT RAINFALL. STREAMS AND CREEKS ARE RUNNING HIGH. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN...WITH LOCAL HIGHER AMOUNTS...WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT. THESE AMOUNTS WILL LIKELY RESULT IN AREAL FLOODING...INCLUDING CREEKS AND STREAMS. LARGER RIVERS MAY FLOOD AS WELL.
