Wet Start to Christmas Week
Yesterday brought us breezy skies with even an occasional snow flurry or two. The beginning of the work week will be wet and rainy. High in the 40s and lows in the 30/40s. No chance for a White Christmas this year for Dayton.

First Snow Possible Tonight
As the rain continues this afternoon and the dropping temps there is a real possibility of snow this evening. The warmer temps should keep the accumulation low. Most build up will be on our lawns, however as temps drop there could be snow or snow/ice on roadways and vehicles.

Wet Start to the Week
Rain today, tomorrow, and Tuesday will start our week off wet. Will snow be blowing in on Wednesday? Perhaps - with 30% chance we could see some flakes flying. Until then, be glad temps are warm enough to give us just rain - or we would be looking at a deep blanket of snow.

Cool and Damp - T'Storm Tommorow?

Tomorrow will also give us a shot at thunderstorms. With a 100% chance of rain with thunder boomer or two, it's going to feel like spring. We'll be close to 20 degrees above normal.
Not to worry normal temps return on Wednesday. The next big question is what's the weather going to be for T-Day on Thursday?

Rainy and Much Cooler
A fairly large system will bring rain, heavy at times, to the area. Areas from behind the rain will see some snow out this system. We're too far south and ahead of the front to see anything but rain.
Expect the temps to drop as the rain passes through, with lows in the mid 30s tonight. We won't break 50 again until Saturday but the near-term outlook is sunny after the storm passes.

Where is the Rain?
With the rain holding off and the temperatures and humidity rising there is a better chance for a thunderstorm this evening. The rain will be here before midnight and extend through Thursday. Thursday will be wet with the temps coming down from a high at midnight.

Nasty Day
Having to run around today was no picnic. Cold wind driven rain was on tap throughout the area. While not serious, certainly not pleasant either.

Fall Looks to be Here
With today's seriously loud thunderstorm rolling through the area around 2:00 PM the cooler temperatures are firmly in place. Some rain will help drop more leaves before clearing out for the weekend. Seasonable crisp nights. Fall is here.
