Frosty Start to a Veteran's Day

It wasn't cool last night it was cold. Temps all around the area going subfreezing. The first question I had this morning was "where did I put my ice scraper"? It will rebound nicely getting above 50. Saturday looks to be the best weather of the weekend.

Windy and Stuborn Showers In Store

Windy and cooler overnight, with a chance of showers through Thursday. It may take all day to clear things out. And temperatures will be over 20 degrees cooler than Wednesday.  Hopefully, for the long weekend that starts with Friday's Veteran's Day will make a rebound from today's cold rain and wind.

Rainy and Much Cooler

A fairly large system will bring rain, heavy at times, to the area. Areas from behind the rain will see some snow out this system.  We're too far south and ahead of the front to see anything but rain.

Expect the temps to drop as the rain passes through, with lows in the mid 30s tonight. We won't break 50 again until Saturday but the near-term outlook is sunny after the storm passes.

Another Great Day Tommorrow

Tomorrow's high temperature will close in on 70 degrees. The record high temp is 69 degrees so we have a  shot at either tying or breaking it. The forecast is calling for a high of 68, so I will be close to the record. Tuesday should be best weather of the week.
