NOAA's Winter Outlook: Wet Winter for Dayton

While the whole document is much longer but the key point for Dayton is higher than normal precipitation. Given the predicted temperature outlook is about average, depending on the timing of our winter storm system this could mean a snowy winter for Dayton.

From the NOAA's Climate Prediction Center Season Outlook:

FOR PRECIPITATION, ABOVE MEDIAN SEASONAL TOTAL PRECIPITATION IS FAVORED FOR PORTIONS OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST AND NORTHERN ROCKIES AND AREAS OF THE OHIO VALLEY AND GREAT LAKES DURING THIS SAME PERIOD.
